Shirley Fleig, owner of Group Advantage, is proud to display the certification of CTC after her name. CTC stands for Certified Travel Counselor. This is the only certification program for travel professionals in the United States. It is issued by the Institute of Certified Travel Agents which is recognized for its dedication to enhancing the professionalism of the travel industry.
